CCTV appeal after hotel cash theft
A MAN and woman are being hunted following a distraction theft at a Winchester hotel.
Police have released CCTV footage following a burglary just before midnight on Sunday, September 21, at Hotel Du Vin, Southgate Street.
The night porter was distracted while money was stolen from the reception area.
PC Amie Padfield, from Winchester police station, said: “I would like to speak to the two people pictured in the CCTV images as I think they will be able to assist with our investigation.”
