THE jury in the Robert Cerqua murder trial have failed to reach a unanimous verdict.
Rt Hon Justice Teare has given the jury a majority direction.
Robert Cerqua, 31, is accused of murdering his brother Christopher with a single stab wound after a fight broke out in their family home in Langdown Road, Hythe, on New Year's Eve last year.
