THE jury in the murder trial of a man accused of killing his identical twin brother have been sent home for a second day.
The jury in the trial of Robert Cerqua failed to reach a verdict and were sent home by Rt Hon Justice Teare this afternoon.
He has earlier given them a direction of reaching a majority verdict after they failed to reach a unanimous decision.
Robert Cerqua, 31, denies murdering brother Christopher at their home in Langdown Road, Hythe, on New Year's Eve last year.
The case will resume on Monday.
