DETECTIVES have today made a fresh appeal for witnesses after a woman was stabbed on a Southampton housing estate.
The 23-year-old was attacked in Teme Crescent, Millbrook, in the early hours of Sunday.
She received stab wounds to her arm but did not require hospital treatment.
Last night a 17-year-old boy arrested on suspicion of GBH remained in Southampton General Hospital being treated for non-life threatening head injuries.
Police are working on the theory that those involved in the incident are known to each other rather than it being a random attack.
Witnesses should contact Shirley CID on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
