TWO people have been charged in connection with a stabbing on a Southampton estate which has shocked a neighbourhood.
Detectives have charged a 17-year-old boy and a 24-year-old woman in connection with “an altercation” in Millbrook.
Officers were called to Teme Crescent, in the early hours of Sunday morning (October 19), and found a 24-year-old woman and a 17-year-old boy with wounds.
The teenager was taken to Southampton General Hospital with injuries which were considered not to be life-threatening while the woman was treated by paramedics at the scene.
The 17-year-old, who cannot be identified, has been charged with two assault offences, making threats with a knife, and criminal damage.
He will appear at Southampton Magistrates Court this morning along with 24-year-old Catherine Daniels, of Barters Close, Southampton.
She is charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, and making threats with a knife.
