POLICE are today continuing to question two more people that have been arrested in connection with the death of mum-of-five Pennie Davis.
Yesterday, police revealed that a 22-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman, both from the New Forest, had been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder.
The man was also arrested in the suspicion of the supply of Class A drugs. Both remain in custody at this time.
This brings the total of people arrested in connection with the 47-year-old's murder to ten.
As previously reported, Pennie was found stabbed to death in a paddock at Leygreen Farm, near Beaulieu, on September 2.
She was discovered by her husband Pete, who had gone to meet the supermarket worker to help tend to their four horses.
Justin Robertson, 36, of no fixed abode, has been charged with murder and is remanded in custody.
Leanne Doyle, 24, of Beech Crescent, Hythe, was charged with assisting an offender and perverting the course of justice.
The pair are due to appear at Winchester Crown Court on December 18.
A 28-year-old woman arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder has been bailed until November, while a 22-year-old man previously arrested on suspicion of murder has been released on bail.
A 37-year-old man held on suspicion of assisting an offender has also been bailed, as has a 46-year-old man, arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
No further action will be taken against two others that were arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
The funeral of 47-year-old Pennie is due to take place tomorrow.
