PLANS to improve a maisonette by installing a dormer window have been thrown out.
Connor Molloy lodged an appeal after New Forest District Council rejected an application relating to a property in South Street, Pennington.
But a Governmentappointed planning inspector has dismissed the appeal and upheld the council’s decision.
Isobel McCretton said the window would harm the character and appearance of the area.
