IT is an event full of spooks and sparkle and one that raises cash for a Hampshire school.
Hiltingbury Infant and Junior schools in Chandler’s Ford are once again staging their annual Spooks and Sparks event which combines Hallowe’en and Firework night celebrations.
Youngsters are encouraged to dress up in their finest ghoulish gear to watch a bumper firework display alongside stalls and a BBQ.
The event is run by the school’s active parents and teacher association, sponsored by Sparks Ellison estate agents, and raises money to help fund projects at the Hiltingbury Road schools.
Spooks and Sparks takes place on November 6 with gates opening at 6pm before the fireworks start at 7pm. Tickets are available on the gate at £6.50 or from a number of local stores around the Chandler’s Ford area. For more details visit facebook.com/HiltingburySchoolsPTA.
