PASSENGERS heading at Southampton airport will get the chance to see the world's largest moustache as they fly in and out of the region.
More than 130,000 people are expected to see the moustache painted in white lines in a field by the runway which is 250 metres wide.
It comes as millions of men grow hair on their upper lip in support of the campaign which is to raise cash and awareness for men's health.
Volunteers from Southampton airport created the moustache after communications executive Louise Neville came up with the idea.
She said: “I'm a great fan of Movember and have supported it since it began. Obviously I can't grow my own moustache so this was the next best thing.
“Our staff and passengers have supported the campaign every year, growing moustaches and dying them different colours, it's a way to say thank you to everyone who has helped us.”
Airport staff arranged for a camera attached to a drone to fly over staff from the back offices of Southampton airport who stood in the middle of the field.
Toby Phillips of Movember UK said: “Southampton has been quite a strong community in the past for us. It's great to see the city supporting us again.”
