Commuters face morning delays
THERE are delays on the roads this morning as drivers get back behind the wheel following the half-term break.
On the M27, there are delays of up to 20 minutes between junctions 9 and 5 heading westbound.
Meanwhile, motorists in Fareham are currently having to contend with 25 minute waits heading northbound on the A32 at the Quay Street roundabout.
