Megan Brennan, 19, was enjoying her last meal with her family before she moved into full-time care.
But then the family say that Megan, who is severely disabled and has a mental age of one, was asked to leave by a member of staff after allegedly annoying customers at the Harvester pub.
Megan's mum Helen told the Sunday People that the customer service at the Ham Farm Harvester was "appalling" and that she would never go to one of the chain's outlets again.
She said staff at the restaurant offered them a £100 gift token, while a spokesman for Harvester apologised and said the incident was being investigated.
