ONE man suffered a fractured finger and another a fractured ankle in a fight at Southampton’s Oceana nightclub.
The city crown court heard the incident was probably sparked by a misunderstood comment.
Apprentice electrician Sam Thorne threw two punches which resulted in Daniel Pearce suffering a hand injury and Wreford Stewart having his ankle broken.
Thorne, 20, of Barberry Drive, Totton, admitted inflicting grievous bodily harm and causing actual bodily harm. He was ordered to complete 180 hours’ unpaid work and pay compensation.
