Upper Brook Street this morning
MOTORISTS face delays this weekend as one lane of a main city centre road is closed.
Workmen say it is to install broadband for the BT Exchange, in Upper Brook Street, Winchester.
The closure starts in Friarsgate, at its junction with Middle Brook Street, and finishes at the top of Upper Brook Street, before the turning to St George’s Street.
The right lane will be closed until tomorrow afternoon, workmen say.
