AN alleged Winchester drug dealer is due to appear at crown court later this month.
Daniel Owen, 21, of Greenhill Road, Fulflood, appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court accused of possessing 31.4g of cocaine with intent to supply, and supplying 5.6g to Dean Armstrong on August 23.
He was remanded on conditional bail to appear at crown court on November 19.
Magistrates imposed conditions: a curfew from 8pm to 6am on Fridays and Saturdays; not to contact Dean Armstrong and not to enter the cathedral grounds and Abbey Gardens in Winchester.
