A PERSON has been rescued from their car following a serious crash in Hampshire.
Fourteen firefighters were called to the scene at around 6.25am at the A30 which has been shut in both directions near Sutton Scotney, between Stockbridge Road (A34) and Martins Lane, as well as the B3420 Winchester Road, following a collision at the crossroads.
One person was freed from their vehicle while another was taken to hospital.
The road remains closed while police investigate the cause of the crash.
It is not yet known what vehicles are involved or how long the road will be closed for.
