TODAY the hunt has been stepped up for the owners of nine dogs found brutally dumped in the Hampshire countryside.
As reported, the dogs were discovered with mangled fur, unable to walk, stand or see, and covered in mud.
Now a "reward" fund has been launched to help find the most wanted dog owner in the UK.
