HELP join the hunt for Britain's most wanted dog owner, who dumped nine animals in appalling conditions, by downloading our poster.
As revealed by the Daily Echo, nine dogs were found dumped in the Hampshire countryside with mangled coats that were so overgrown they left the dogs unable to see, stand, or walk.
Their treatment has left people horrified across the world.
Now today the hunt has stepped up for the owner who was responsible for dumping the dogs.
