THE Daily Echo has launched a "reward" in the hunt to find the owner who dumped nine dogs in an appalling condition - and you can donate towards the cause.
The pictures of the dogs, which were published by the Daily Echo, shocked the world as news of their appalling treatment spread.
Now a "reward" has been set up by the Daily Echo to help bring those responsible to justice.
The video below shows how three of the dogs are recovering after being cared for by Winchester City Council.
Already donations are pouring in - including from a couple so disgusted by what has happened they have given £2,000 - which will eventually be handed to the RSPCA once whoever dumped the dogs is found.
The JustGiving page has been set up for readers to donate anything they can to the cause.
