THE murder trial of Pennie Davis has been adjourned for the day.
No evidence will be heard today due to legal discussions over a point of law.
The jury were told they would not be needed today and to return tomorrow morning for a 10am start.
Pennie, 47, was killed on September 2, last year as she tended her horses in a field at Leygreen Farm near Beaulieu.
A post mortem revealed the mother of five from Blackfield died from multiple stab wounds.
Justin Robertson, 36, of no fixed abode, denies murder and conspiracy to murder.
Samantha Maclean, 28, of Beech Crescent Hythe, denies conspiracy to murder.
Benjamin Carr, 22, of Edward Road, Shirley, denies conspiracy to murder.
