HERE'S ONE that could benefit all riders.

There will be a demonstration of basic bike maintenance at Rob Willsher Motorcycles, Bursledon, on Tuesday May 15 at 7pm for everyone who worries about adjusting their chain correctly or what checks to carry out on a weekly and daily basis.

When you plonk yourself in the saddle it pays to know what is going on, so don't be shy about coming along and asking questions.

And in no way being sexist, I'd like to mention that this will be a perfect situation for female riders to ask all those questions that male bikers often scoff at - perhaps because they don't know the answer?

Sean the Tech' will be providing the expert information, actually he's been chomping at the bit to do this for a while, and after all questions have been answered the meeting will adjourn to the Windhover Manor where appreciation can be shown.

The club is attracting a lot of interest and support because it's doing things rather than sitting around chatting.
