CELEBRITY biker girl Suzi Perry paid a visit to the New Forest to spread the word about road safety to children.
The event was part of Suzi Perry's Road Trip 2007 and saw car and motorbike experts sharing advice and teaching youngsters about safety on two or four wheels.
Suzi Perry, famous for presenting The Gadget Show and World Superbikes and for taking part in Only Fools On Horses, held a question and answer session at the event.
Other attractions included first driving lessons in an arena with the British School of Motoring for over 16s, motorbike instruction, mountain biking activities and a PlayStation Zone with the chance to play the latest interactive games.
The day was held at the National Motor Museum, in partnership with UK Youth, the largest youth work charity in the UK. Suzi Perry also is an ambassador for UK Youth.
John Bateman, chief executive of UK Youth, said: "We are particularly concerned about the numbers of young people that get killed or injured on the roads.
"Our programme, called First Gear, is about the rights and responsibilities of car ownership and maintenance and about educating people of very basic car control before they reach the age of 17.
"It's also about trying to encourage young people to think if they really need a car. Today is about spreading the message about road safety and giving young people the chance to experience cars and motorbikes and think about it with their parents and friends."
