ARSON investigators are looking into the cause of a fire in Southampton which devastated the home of a disabled man.
Fire crews were called to the property in the Millbrook area after the man and his 12-year-old son had fled the building.
Smoke engulfed the terraced house in Cherwell Court as emergency services arrived on the scene at 9.30am on Sunday morning.
The man, believed to be in his mid-40s and suffering from multiple sclerosis and his son were comforted by neighbours as the fire crews fought to contain the blaze to the front room of the property and stop it spreading to adjoining homes.
