DETECTIVES recovered a haul of knives today following dawn raids in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
Scores of weapons have been recovered from the homes in Fareham and Newchurch that were searched in connection with illegal knife sales over the internet.
A team of officers from the Serious and Organised Crime Unit carried out the raids at 7am.
It is thought the properties were being used in connection with the suspected illegal selling and advertising of illegal knives through website Ebay.
Three people have been arrested and were today being quizzed at stations across the county.
A 31-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman were arrested at the address in Fareham, and a 23-year-old man was arrested at the property in the Newchurch area of the Isle of Wight.
