A CHILDREN'S charity which supports vulnerable and excluded youngsters in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight has a more suitable base for its important work.
NCH has taken a five-year lease at The Roundhouse in Newgate Lane, Fareham.
The office, which covers 2,300 square feet, comes with an annual rent of £13,000. Upwards of 17 staff have relocated lock, stock and barrel from a converted four-bedroom house at West Street Fareham.
Portsmouth-to-Southampton business space specialist Hughes Ellard acted for the landlord, civil engineer Graham Moyse Contracting.
Zoe Harris of Hughes Ellard, said: "It was a pleasure to find NCH a suitable office in which excellent work is done to improve the lives of so many youngsters." Two schemes are run from The Roundhouse. Wessex Community Projects in Fareham, which places disadvantaged youngsters with foster carers and Hampshire Mentoring Service, which supports ten to 16-year-olds.
