A SECOND person has died following a head-on collision on the A30 near Stockbridge last month.
A car and a van collided on London Road between the junction of the A3057 and Leckford Hutt at around 4pm on Thursday, April 19.
A passenger in a Vauxhall Cavalier died shortly afterwards and six other people were injured, two seriously. Five, members of a family from Suffolk, were travelling in a Vauxhall Vivaro van.
Late last week an 18-year-old female from that family died of her injuries.
An inquest was due to be opened in Norwich this week, when she will be publicly named.
The other fatality was a Brazilian, Sergio De Oliveira-Casagrande, 33, a fork lift driver, of Malvern Close, Basingstoke.
The driver of the Vauxhall Cavalier, Paulo Ramos, 27, a Brazilian, of Sheppard Road, Basingstoke, was been charged with causing death by dangerous driving. He is due to appear at Winchester Crown Court on July 30.
