CB Richard Ellis, acting on behalf a private client, has sold the freehold interest of 1 Premier Way on the Abbey Park Industrial Estate, just East of Romsey town Centre.
The 4,253 sq ft recently refurbished office building and adjoining site, which has planning for a further 3,200 sq ft office building, received strong interest as soon as marketing commenced late last year.
These unusual premises, coupled with the further development potential, proved of interest to many owner-occupiers as well as investors and developers. The property has been sold to a local company looking to occupy the existing building and develop the additional space in due course.
