Cyclist hurt after being hit by car
A CYCLIST was seriously injured after being hit by a car.
The collision, on The Avenue, in Fareham, involving a bike and a car left the female cyclist, in her 40s, from Fareham, with serious injuries and she was taken by ambulance to Southampton General Hospital.
Police were called to the scene, close to Fareham railway station, at 6.40pm on Tuesday.
