THIS was the knee-trembling moment a Hampshire DJ conquered his fears to complete a charity abseil.
BBC DJ Scott Mills made his way down the ArcelorMittal Orbit in London's Olympic Park for Children in Need after a planned descent at Blackpool Tower was called off.
He took on the challenge as people across Hampshire did their bit at charity fundraising events.
Mills, who has made no secret of his fear of heights, joked that the drop was worse than his appearances on Strictly Come Dancing.
He said: "It was awful, the worst, but I've done it.
"I've never felt so relieved in my life."
