Drivers delayed - by wet cement
IT'S an integral part of every road - but drivers in Southampton were bemused to find wet cement delaying their journeys.
It is not known how the cement came to be on the road but drivers on West Quay Road in Southampton experienced delays after one lane of the road was closed at about 2.30pm.
The closure is on the westbound carriageway near the junction with Harbour Parade.
The cement is being cleaned up.
