Rush-hour delays caused by broken traffic lights
BROKEN traffic lights are causing major delays on roads at rush hour.
Signals at junction five of the M27 are currently out of action on the north side of the motorway roundabout and huge tailbacks are being reported.
Traffic is at a standstill on the northbound carriageway of Stoneham Way and up to Mansbridge Road and Thomas Lewis Way.
Motorists on the M27 eastbound between junction four and junction five are also facing delays.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area.
