TWO dogs had to be rescued when two cars crashed into each other in Hampshire last night.
Crews from Romsey, Redbridge and Winchester fire stations were called to Farley Chamberlayne, near Braishfield, at about 8pm when the two cars were involved in a “semi head-on smash”.
Initial reports to Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service said there were two people trapped in the cars but the occupants were able to get themselves free.
No one is believed to have been injured in the smash but two dogs had to be rescued from the scene.
