I WAS only able to mention some of the attractions at this year's Beaulieu Motor Cycle World that is taking place over the weekend of June 23 and 24 before running out of space last week.
To recap there will be The White Helmets, big screen coverage of the British MotoGP, a packed arena programme with big names and famous bikes, a Hairy Chef and the Solent Eagles Children's Motorcycle Team.
Off-road fans will find plenty to see and enjoy at the grass track circuit and, in the main fields, visitors will be able to shop as well as seeing the latest bikes.
Two thrilling displays of confined riding will be making their first appearances at MCW this year.
There's the Wall of Death, which needs no introduction, and the Extreme Globe Riders, who might.
Where the Wall of Death takes place in a tall cylinder the Extreme Globe Riders ride inside a six metre diameter globe.
Watching Mikko Leivo hurtle around inside the metal cage, at times completely upside down, raises two immediate questions.
How does he do that and not get giddy and what on earth makes someone think they should build a sphere to ride inside.
When lovely assistant' Heidi takes her bike inside the cage and both ride with scant inches to spare between them another question thought pops to mind - how do you ask someone to try that?
A must for all classic bike enthusiasts as well as race fans will be the exhibition celebrating the centenary of the Isle of Man TT races featuring unique images of the TT races of the 1920s and 30s from the late Graham Walker's collection.
As well as being the father of legendary charming gent Murray Walker, Graham was the first motorcycle curator of the National Motor Museum.
Changes have been made for easier accessibility to the popular displays by leading motorcycle clubs - they'll all be together in one area.
At the improved manufacturers' village there will be the newest and best in biking with the latest machines and race teams of Ducati, Victory, Kawasaki, KTM, Honda, Yamaha and Triumph.
More is in the pipeline, like the recent signing up of Team FMX - Freestyle Motocross displays - that have proved a real draw to many shows around the country with feats that that pictured right.
There's also a new no dogs on site' rule due to revised health and safety standards.
For their safety and wellbeing dogs will no longer be permitted in the showground, but Beaulieu understand that some people don't want to leave their dogs at home all day but neither do they want them left in cars which, as everyone knows can be fatal.
But don't despair - you can leave your dog in comfort and safety at the Samsalin Dog Rescue Canine Creche. In return for the service, visitors will be able to make a donation to the charity which will go towards helping other dogs - the creche will be signposted.
As I get more news about the MCW I'll let you know, including the stunning bikes we plan to have at the On Two Wheels stand.
MCW, supported by Two Wheels Only, opens at 10am on both days.
Ticket prices are Saturday adult £12, child £7; Sunday adult £13, child £7.50.
Save by advance booking on the ticket hotline 01590 612888.
Parking is plentiful and free, there's a helmet park and all visitors can enter a free draw to win a motorcycle touring holiday, courtesy of HC Travel.
