THIS was the aftermath of a crash during an apparent hail storm this morning.
Firefighters were called in to help after a car ended on its side after coming off the A303 eastbound, at Bullington Cross, north of Sutton Scotney, shortly before 10.30am.
The two vehicle crash also involved another car which remained on the highway.
Sutton Scotney fire station posted on Twitter pictures of the crash, saying: "The result of a hail storm on A303."
A fire engine from Sutton Scotney, two from Basingstoke and a heavy rescue vehicle from Basingstoke attended though no-one needed to be cut free.
They assisted with scene safety.
