A MAN has been disqualified from driving after he was caught with excess alcohol.
Aaron Carter, 21, of Fairfield Green, Four Marks, near Alresford, was stopped in a Ford Fiesta on the A31 in Four Marks on March 13, magistrates Court heard.
Carter's alcohol reading was 58 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath when the legal limit is 35. He pleaded guilty.
Magistrates fined him £280 with a £28 victim surcharge, £85 costs and banned him from the road for 12 months.
