Police at the scene earlier today
TWO people have been arrested on suspicion of theft after police were called to a high street shop.
Police were alerted to the incident at Debenhams in Winchester High Street following a phone call at 1.15pm this afternoon.
A 29-year-old woman and 34-year-old man, both from Portsmouth, were arrested on suspicion of theft.
