SOUTHAMPTON residents have created a list of three of their biggest crime concerns in their communities for police.

Organisers of the Peatree and Woolston PACT meeting with the Southampton Neighbourhood Policing team have given their input and spoke to police about their top concerns.

Now officers have revealed the top three issues they will be focusing on for the next three months.

Teams in the city will be concentrating on groups of people causing a nuisance, vehicle offences including theft of, theft from and criminal damage and burglary other than dwellings, including shed and garage breaks.

These were decided from the latest crime statistics and community input from Survey Monkey as well as attendees at the last PACT meeting.
