Two men have been charged with the murder of a man in Hampshire.
Detectives last night charged the two men with the murder of 31-year-old Dean Evans.
They are Liam Darvill, 20, of Beaconsfield Road, Basingstoke and Thomas David Harris, 22, of Eastrop Way, Basingstoke.
They will appear at Basingstoke Magistrates Court today.
A 22-year-old man from Basingstoke arrested on suspicion of murder has been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
He will return to police on June 13.
Dean, aged 31, was found lying in the road suffering from serious injuries when officers were called to reports of an assault at an address on Benham Road, Basingstoke at 5.30am on Friday, April 8.
He was taken to hospital by South Central Ambulance Service but died a short time later in hospital.
