RESIDENTS in a Hampshire town have been hit by a power cut.
A Southern Electric spokesman said about 20 customers in Lymington were blacked out by a fault that developed in a transformer box at the top of a pole.
He said engineers were hoping to restore supplies by 6pm today.
“We would like to apologise for any inconvenience and disruption the power cut may have caused,” he said.
