A MAJOR road in Southampton was closed for two hours last night when emergency services were called for concerns for welfare of a woman.
West Quay Road outside IKEA was shut for about two hours from 9pm after Hampshire police were called to help.
It involved a 21-year old woman at the car park of Swedish furniture giant in the city centre.
A spokesman from Hampshire police said the incident was safely resolved.
At the end of last year store managers said they would be reviewing security after a woman died when she fell from the car park on the roof of IKEA.
If you want someone to talk to, the Samartians have a branch in Southampton.
