Police raided a number of addresses across Hampshire during a crackdown on a counterfeit money ring.
Among those serached by officers during the operation was one in Brownhill Way in North Baddesley.
The four people from Hampshire and Wiltshire were arrested in connection with the investigation as part of a joint operation between the two police forces.
Officers from both police forces executed eight search warrants on Tuesday.
They searched premises in Romney Road, Genoa Court, Caesar Close, Rhodes Square and Plough Way in Andover along with an address in Rectory Road in Hook, Brownhill Way in North Baddesley and a further property in the Salisbury area.
A 36-year-old man from Salisbury, a 31-year-old man from Andover, a 30-year-old man from Hook and a 20-year-old woman from Hook have been arrested on suspicion of the production, distribution and passing of counterfeit currency.
They are on bail pending further enquiries until June 24.
The operation was launched after counterfeit Scottish £20 notes had been passed to businesses including shops, pubs and clubs in Hampshire and the surrounding area and Amesbury since October 2015.
