DELAYS are building on a main Hampshire road after a vehicle breakdown.
One lane of the A31 westbound is closed at Castle Malwood Hill after the incident, which happened at about 3pm.
Tailbacks are increasing and disruption is reported as far east as the M27 near junction two.
Motorists are advised to check their route before travelling.
UPDATE 3:45pm: The vehicle has been removed and delays in the area are easing.
