A 10-year-old boy has been freed by firefighters after impaling his hand on a fence at a school.
Crews used small tools to release the boy outside Burley Primary School in the New Forest.
The incident took place in Church Lane at 11.15am.
The boy was handed over to South Central Ambulance Service ten minutes later, who took him to Southampton General Hospital.
The Daily Echo has contacted the service for more details and approached the school for comment.
