IKEA has reissued a safety warning about one of its ranges of furniture after a third child was crushed to death.
The Swedish furniture chain first issued a warning about the Malm range back in July after two children were killed when drawers and wardrobes fell on them.
A third child from Philadelphia has now died after a chest of drawers from the same range fell on top of him.
Although no tragedies have been reported in the UK, parents are being urged to make sure they use the fittings that come with the furniture to attach it to the wall.
Anyone concerned about their furniture can contact IKEA on 0203 645 0010 to request a free restraint kit.
