TV chef Lesley Waters passed on some tasty tips during an open day at a Hampshire building firm.
Best known for her appearances on Ready Steady Cook, Lesley performed a series of short cookery demonstrations at the Elliotts site in Castleman Way, Ringwood.
Lesley, who runs a cookery school in neighbouring Dorset, also took part in book signings and question-and-answer sessions.
After studying French cuisine at Ealing College, Lesley joined Prue Leith's restaurant in 1978 and rose to the rank of senior chef. She later became an instructor at Prue's food and wine school.
Lesley has worked in television since 1989, presenting Can't Cook, Won't Cook as well as Ready Steady Cook.
She has also made guest appearances on Food and Drink and Who'll Do the Pudding? besides finding time to write several cookery books.
