Hamble oil refinery captured from the air
RESIDENTS living near the Hamble-le-Rice Oil Terminal will hear the facility's high-powered alarm system being tested today.
Police are advising people living nearby that the alarm will be sounded at 10.45am, with a fire alarm test following at 11am.
