It's finally arrived: decision time for the hundreds of competitors in the Southern Daily Echo's Cutest Kitties competition.

Since we launched the event over two months ago we have been inundated with photographs of your cats. One thing is obvious - there are a lot of very proud pet owners in Hampshire.

We asked if you wanted to nominate your cat as the cutest most loveable kittie in the county, and some 1,000 of you responded.

This supplement includes, we hope, all of the photographs that were sent to us either through the post or by email.

We hope we have managed to ensure none have gone astray, but we cannot be certain all those submitted reached us. However, only those cats featured in this supplement can now go forward to the final judging.

Now it's up to you. We want you to let us know which pet you think is the most adorable. You can vote as many times as you wish - either by telephone, text message or by sending us the voting form found on page 20 of the supplement in today's Daily Echo. Full details of how to vote can be found on every page of pictures.

Once we have your final ten then our panel of judges will choose the winner and runners up.

The overall winner will receive a fabulous drawn portrait of their cat, framed and ready to hang. It will be painted by Hampshire artist Joanna Zakalska who painted Toastie, the winner of our recent Prettiest Pooch competition. The winner and two runners-up will receive a goodie bag.

The judges' decision will be final and the usual Daily Echo rules apply.
