A lecturer from the University of Southampton has been nominated for an international film festival award.
Dr Simone De Liberato’s three-minute film, ‘Approaching Reality’, is one of ten finalists to be nominated for the Quantum Shorts 2016 Festival.
Dr De Liberato’s film is an animation which uses a cat, a cyclops and music to explain the concept of linear supposition.
Due to the film’s nomination, it will be broadcast alongside its competitors in galleries and museums across the world.
Voting for the award closes on Sunday, March 26 – visit shorts2016.quantumlah.org to vote.
