A HAMPSHIRE councillor who set up a spy camera to secretly film a woman and two teenage girls as they used his bathroom was jailed for four months today.
Neil Redrup put the camera in an airing cupboard with the lens spying through a hole above a toilet roll holder at his home in Gosport.
He regularly invited teenagers to parties at his home where a ''never-ending free supply of alcohol'' was available, Carl Anderson, prosecuting, told Southampton Crown Court.
He set up the camera angled towards the toilet and secretly filmed two girls, aged 14 and 16, using the lavatory.
He also videoed a 30-year-old woman, whom he had met in an internet chat room, as she was naked in his shower on two occasions when she visited his home.
The 45-year-old former Independent member of Gosport Borough Council lent the video, among others in his collection of pornography, to other people including his lodger.
His lodger alerted police when he saw the secret footage.
Redrup - who was a Ministry of Defence database manager at the time - pleaded guilty at an earlier hearing to four charges of voyeurism and one charge of gross indecency between January 2005 and December 31 2005.
