A Southampton man has been given a suspended sentence after stealing nearly £1,000 worth of items in a two-month crime spree.
Lukas William Michael Fudge, 32, of Pear Tree Close in Botley, pleaded guilty at Southampton Magistrates Court to stealing bicycles, whiskey and a Lego batman playset.
The 32-year-old was given a 16-week suspended sentence and undergo a drug rehabilitation requirement.
Mr Fudge pleaded guilty to stealing one £500 bicycle and another £250 bike as well as a £23.99 Lego playset from Toys R Us and two bottles of whisky totalling £90 from the Co-Op. He also pleaded guilty to stealing £161 worth of Jack Daniels whisky from the Co-Op.
Mr Fudge also pleaded guilty to two cases of assault, handling stolen goods and having bolt cutters for use with, or connection with a theft.
The Botley man was ordered to pay £250 compensation.
