HE may be 91 years of age but Southampton singer Jack Earley can still belt out the hits.
Jack's illustrious singing career started at the early age of five when he sang in the choir of Freemantle Church of England School in Southampton.
More recently Jack has been singing to residents of Durban House Nursing Home in Romsey every month since his wife Winifred Dorothy died there six years ago.
Club dates What makes that surprising is that he is older than many of the people he is entertaining!
Jack can also be found singing at various clubs around Southampton including the Stroke Club in Romsey and the Three Score Club in Totton several times a month.
Jack, who is accompanied on the piano by Margaret Jarratt, 74, at the nursing home, is the latest contender for the Daily Echo's search for Hampshire's Top Talent.
Jack, of Calmore Road, Totton, said: "I sing all over the place and I'm pretty well known around here. It keeps me smiling and helps me through the bad times. I'm always singing and smiling."
Jack's trademark song is Smile by Charlie Chaplin and you can see him singing to residents of the Romsey nursing home by clicking here.
